Session Fees

  • The rate for an individual session is 145 € per 50-minute session.
  • The rate for a couple session is 230 € per 90-minute session.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who require financial assistance. Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding fees.

How to Book a Session?

Booking a session is simple and easy:

1. Initial contact

  • Reach out: Contact me via the contact form or e-mail to start the process.
  • Introductory call (optional): Schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your therapy goals, challenges, and ensure we’re a good match for working together.
  • Book a session directly: If you're ready to begin therapy, feel free to skip the call and directly book your first session.

2. Send documentation

  • After confirming your session, I will send you necessary forms securely via GDPR-compliant software.
  • These documents outline our roles and responsibilities and help me understand your background, mental health needs, and goals before our first session. This helps tailor the therapy experience to your unique situation.

3. Session details

  • In-person or online: Choose between virtual counseling sessions or in-person therapy at my Munich location. Sessions are available Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at times that work best for you, offering the flexibility to fit into your busy life.

4. Session focus

  • Each session is designed around your unique mental health needs. Whether you're working through anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or personal growth, the therapy process is personalized to help you achieve your goals.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that your time is valuable, and I am committed to providing high-quality psychotherapy and counseling sessions. To make the most of our time, it’s important that we mutually agree on the start and end times of each session. If a session needs to be canceled by either of us, the following clear and fair cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
  • In case of missed appointments without prior cancellation, a full session fee will be applied.
  • Emergency situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with the possibility of fee waivers.
  • If I cancel the appointment within 24 hours, of course, you will not incur any costs.
