How to book a session?

Booking a session with me is simple:

  • Initial call: You can schedule a free, optional 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and concerns.
    • Personalized plan: During the call, we will discuss your reasons for seeking support and any specific concerns or issues you want to address. This information will help me to understand how best to support you and to develop a plan for working together.
    • Next steps: At the end of the call, we will determine the following steps, including scheduling your first session, should you choose to move forward.
    • No commitment: The introductory call is free of charge. It is without obligation, allowing you to determine if you feel comfortable with me. Additionally, you can assess if the services I offer match your expectations and needs.
  • Booking a session: If you decide to proceed with further sessions, you can book your 50-minute online or in-person session at a time that works for you.
    • Online session: I provide weekly sessions from Monday to Friday. These virtual sessions offer the flexibility to receive support from the comfort of your own space. You can choose a time that fits your schedule, and we can connect remotely using a secure and confidential video platform.
    • In-person session: For those who prefer face-to-face interaction, I also offer in-person sessions at my practice location in Munich.
  • Process: During each session, we will work together to achieve your goals and improve your overall mental health and well-being through personalized approach.

  • The rate for an individual session is 135 € per 50-minute session.
  • The rate for a couple session is 230 € per 90-minute session.
  • Please note that my services are offered privately and cannot accept health insurance.
  • A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who need financial assistance. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about fees.

Cancellation policy

I understand your time is valuable, and I am committed to providing you with the highest quality sessions. To ensure that we use our time effectively, it is essential that we mutually agree on the start and end times of each session. If you or I need to cancel a session for any reason, a transparent and fair cancellation policy is in place.

  • Cancellations of appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, 50% of session costs will be charged.
  • A full session fee will be charged in case of missed appointments without prior cancellation.
  • Please note that emergencies will be handled case-by-case, and fees may be waived.
  • If I cancel the session with less than 24 hours´ notice, you will not be charged.
  • I will make every effort to provide reliable and consistent service. In the unlikely event of a missed appointment, this policy ensures fair treatment for you.
